How do I order?

1. Choose and add the item that you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.

2. Proceed to the checkout page where you fill in your personal information and pay for the order.

3. Make your payment either by Direct Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card or by Paypal.

4. You will direct to a page where you will be given an Order Number. Please use your Order Number as the payment reference.

(You will receive an email regarding the order. If you cannot find the email, do check spam folder)

** Unpaid order will be cancelled after 2 days.

How do I inform StarlightShop once I made payment?

Please upload your receipt HERE after payment and write the content below in the post content at the page.

How do I apply discount code?

Discount code can be applied to checkout page.

When can I receive my order after payment?

Ready stock will dispatch in 2-3 days after confirmation of payment.
Pre-order will takes 2-3 weeks to arrive.

Where do I manage account details?

Proceed to My Account page, you may manage your password and account details at the side.

What is the status of my order?

 

Proceed to My Account page, you are able to view your recent order status.

Status :

“On Hold” – We have received your order but payment hasn’t been made or payment hasn’t been confirmed.

“Processing” – Funds have cleared in our account and order hasn’t been dispatched.

“Completed” – Order has been dispatched.

Is tracking code provided?

Yes, tracking code will be provided. You may check your tracking number at “My account” page.

I do not received my order for a long time, what should I do?

Kindly contact us via email, whatsapp or fill up the contact form and provide your order ID and the date you made payment.

What does available on backorder means?

It means that the product is temporary out of stock. If you place an order, the product will arrive about 2 weeks later.

Why do I need to sign up an account?

This system allows you to check the status of the orders and manage your billing and shipping details.

Can I sign up an account using Facebook account?

Yes, you can. You can sign up using your facebook account at signup page.
