Order(s) will process within 48 hours and will ship within the next 24 hours, except for product(s) under BACKORDER. Backorder product(s) will be delivered after the Estimated Date of Arrival (ETA) stated.
*Kindly take note that orders can only be shipped during working days and hours. We hope our beloved customers might note that we do not represent courier companies, and as much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcels can suffer delays beyond our control.

During peak periods, there may be some delay in shipping. Please bear with us as we could not fulfill the delivery promise due to the large volume of orders, transactions, and availability issues.
All parcels need to be signed upon receipt. Please track your parcel with the provided tracking number and arrange for re-delivery with the post office or self-collect at the allocated post office if the postman attempt delivery unsuccessfully. All parcels will be returned to us if being undelivered after 7 working days.
Starlight does not responsible for the re-delivery charges. Please keep tracking your parcel once it being mailed from us.
EXTENDED EXCHANGE & RETURN
Due to pandemic of covid 19, we’ve temporarily extended our standard 7-day return period. All purchases made after 1 Oct 2020, have an extended 21-day return policy.
Items can be exchanged or returned within twenty one (21) days from the parcel received date, except items on sales or as indicated in the Website.
Items to be exchanged or returned should be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with the original tags still attached and with any related accessories included. If these conditions are not fulfilled, or anything unreasonable, it will not be accepted for exchange or returns.
Shipping cost will be beared by the Customer.
Starlight will not be responsible if the shipment lost or damaged during the return transit.
Kindly inform Customer Service before returning the item otherwise the request will not be processed. Please fill up the Return / Exchange Form for the return parcel.
Refund will be credited to the Wallet, which can be kept for the next purchase.
Wallet Funds has no expiry date. You may check your credit here.
