Why do I need to sign up an account?
By signing up an account allows you to check the status of your orders and manage your billing and shipping details. Customer(s) details are used to process the order and are well kept secret and confidential with us.
What are “ready stock”, “backorder” & “preorder”?
Ready stock means that we have these items in our Stock and Ready to ship to you anytime soon. Ready stock is non-restockable once sold, unless there’s a high demand.
Backorder is the “preorder” of sold out items. We open backorder for popular but sold out items. Backorder items usually takes 14 days working days and estimate time of arrival (ETA) will be stated at product description as well.
Preorder is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released. Preorder usually takes 14 days working days once the payment is made.
We apologize that there may be delayed or cancelled backorder/preorder due to unforeseen circumstances (delayed shipment, lack of fabric, insufficient stocks arrived and other reasons). For delayed backorder/preorder, cancellation of order is not applicable.
What is wallet?
Our wallet system is payment system that act as a visual wallet. Balance and refund will be credited to your “wallet”, which can be kept for next purchase.
Wallet Funds has no expiry date.
What is “Point”?
It is our rewarding system! You earn points in every purchase and can redeem for a specific discount in the next order!
Every Ringgit spent is equivalent to 1 point. (RM1 = 1 point)

**The maximum points discount for an order is 500 points (RM5).
