1.1 Starlight shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
1.2 If delivery or collection is delayed through your refusal to accept delivery or if you do not accept delivery/collect the Parcel from the carrier, we may charge you for any free and other costs reasonably incurred by us.
1.3 Starlight will not be responsible for any damage that caused by delivery.
1.4 All parcels need to be signed upon receipt. Please track your parcel with the provided tracking number and arrange for re-delivery with the post office or self-collect at the allocated post office if the postman attempt delivery unsuccessfully. All parcels will be returned to us if being undelivered after 7 working days.
1.5 If the parcel(s) needs to be redelivered, a redelivery fee of RM15 will be charged.
2.1 Starlight has the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product(s) information such as offers without notice.
2.2 Starlight reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the product(s). The pictures may different depending on the colour settings on your computer.
3. Content & Comments
3.1 All content (unless stated) included in or made available on our site such as graphics, images, and video clips are the property of Starlight. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.
3.2 All comments and feedbacks to Starlight will remain Starlight property.
3.3 STARLIGHT SHOP has the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
4.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase (damaged or wrong item), you can send it back to us. Return must be made within 14 days from the date of parcel receiving. Items bought during promotional events (e.g. Sale or X’MAS) are not eligible for return and exchange. Kindly inform Customer Service before returning the item otherwise the request will not be processed. Please provide the return parcel tracking number for all items.
4.2 Product(s) must be returned along with original packaging. If the product is not returned with original packaging, refund/exchange is not allowed.
5. Wallet Funds & Points
5.1 Any funds (balance & refund) will be credited to your “wallet”, which can be kept for next purchase. Wallet Funds has no expiry date.
