Starlight owns all the content displayed on the Website unless stated. The Customer may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. The Customer are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce nor may use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.
Photos may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display. Starlight have made every effort to display as accurately as possible.
All measurements are given in centimeters. Measurements might vary +/- 1 cm.
Purchases and Payment
By placing an Order, the Customer is acknowledging agreement and understanding of all policies, including delievry, return and any other policies that may apply once an Order is placed.
Starlight has the right to change or alter the prices without notice to the Customer.
Starlight shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
If delivery or collection is delayed through refusal to accept delivery or if the Customer do not accept delivery/collect the Parcel from the carrier, Starlight may charge the Customer for any fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us.
Starlight will not be responsible for any damage that caused by delivery.
All parcels need to be signed upon receipt. Please track your parcel with the provided tracking number and arrange for re-delivery with the post office or self-collect at the allocated post office if the postman attempt delivery unsuccessfully. All parcels will be returned to Starlight if being undelivered after 7 working days.
If the parcel needs to be redelivered, redelivery fee will be applied.
Exchange & Return
Items can be exchanged or returned within 10 (ten) days from the parcel received date, except items on sales or as indicated in the Website.
Items to be exchanged or returned should be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with the original tags still attached and with any related accessories included. If these conditions are not fulfilled, or anything unreasonable, it will not be accepted for exchange or returns.
Starlight will not be responsible if the shipment lost or damaged during the return transit.
Kindly inform Customer Service before returning the item otherwise the request will not be processed. Please provide the return parcel tracking number for all items.
Any funds (balance & refund) will be credited to the Wallet, which can be kept for the next purchase. Wallet Funds has no expiry date. You may check your wallet here.
Starlight has the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
